Job Description

Escape Recruitment Services is seeking a seasoned Strategic Procurement Specialist to lead their procurement team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in Public Sector Procurement, with significant knowledge of Scottish/UK procurement legislation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and contracts, undertaking spend analysis activity, and delivering tender processes for regulated spend areas. They will also mentor and develop colleagues in managing lower-level spend.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working in Public Sector Procurement
  • Significant knowledge of Scottish/UK procurement legislation
  • Experience in tendering within a regulated environment
