About the Role

North Lanarkshire Council has recently awarded contracts for the delivery of Housing & Corporate and Roads & Infrastructure maintenance and improvement services, creating a first-of-its-scale programmes of work enhancing the assets within and lives of people of North Lanarkshire.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering these programmes, providing leadership and strategic oversight of contract management, governance, and relationship management for Enterprise Contracts.

  • Proven ability to manage contracts and resources effectively, with a strong understanding of contract management and monitoring.
  • Substantial experience working at a senior level in a relevant field, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Able to evidence continuous professional development, including project management experience and training.

The salary for this role is £71,175 - £77,884 per year, and benefits include 27 days annual leave and 6 public holidays, health and wellbeing benefits, and learning and development opportunities.
