Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our property portfolio as an Asset Manager. This strategic position combines leadership, innovation, and collaboration to maximise the value and performance of our assets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development & Delivery: Lead the creation and execution of our asset management strategy, delivering major works, planned investments, and life cycle replacements.
  • Compliance Leadership: Oversee health and safety compliance for all properties, including gas, fire, and electrical safety, as well as management of asbestos, legionella, and lifts.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to shape responsive, high-quality projects and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop the Asset and Compliance teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
  • Procurement & Financial Management: Ensure value-for-money delivery through effective procurement, contract management, and financial oversight of investment programs.
