Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead our medicines optimisation efforts in South East London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.

Main Responsibilities

As a medicines optimisation pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing medicines optimisation plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
