MOT Tester Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MOT Tester to join our client's dynamic team. As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for conducting MOT tests on a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct MOT tests on a range of vehicles, adhering to the required standards.
- Diagnose faults and report findings to the service team and customers.
- Ensure all MOT work is carried out accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the MOT bay is clean and organised.
- Provide excellent customer service, offering advice and guidance where needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified and licensed MOT Tester (Class 4, 5, and/or 7).
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of MOT testing standards and procedures.
- Strong mechanical skills and a solid understanding of vehicle systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
