M&E Engineer Position

We are recruiting an M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team at Arcus FM Limited.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be working autonomously, responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Tasks could include AC work, emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, and basic plumbing.
Additionally, you will be responsible for working on a range of other mechanical tasks, including HVAC experience.
Requirements- Essential qualifications include 18th edition, HVAC experience, and a full valid UK driver's license.
- Awareness and knowledge of health & safety are also required.
