About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Account Manager to join our team at Lawes Consulting Group. As a key member of our mid-large commercial risk team, you will be responsible for providing risk solutions to businesses across various sectors in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the service provided to clients and those to whom we subcontract elements of service, ensuring the highest level of service to each assigned client in line with our agreed client service tools.
  • Identify and introduce our products and services to meet our clients' needs and understand and communicate each of their business issues and needs to our service team and other parts of the business.
  • Build client relationships with key decision-makers and grow the revenue and profitability of your client portfolio, including meeting annual revenue targets for this portfolio.
  • Work in accordance with our business framework and comply with our policies, including participation in the management of risks that may adversely affect our business, interests, or reputation.
Requirements
  • ACII or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with experience in client relationship management and the core lines of commercial risks.
  • Experience managing large, corporate insurance risks is desirable.
  • Commercial understanding of business, including market forces, business drivers, market dynamics, competitors, and risks.
  • Prior experience with sales, fee setting, negotiation, and influencing.
  • An effective communicator and presenter.
  • Client-focused with a consultative approach and commitment to excellence in the provision of client service.
