Main Responsibilities- Assist the EBME Manager in developing and implementing safe systems to comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Line manage a team of engineers and provide strong leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain robust governance practices to ensure the effective management of medical devices.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and other stakeholders to identify and address medical device-related issues.
- Supervise work plans and work of junior staff, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Act as a mentor and oversee training and CPD for engineers of all grades.
- Assist in monitoring key performance standards associated with both internal and external work plans.

Requirements- B Eng. in Electronics or equivalent experience, plus specialist training and experience to post-grad. Diploma or equivalent level.
- Certificate in supervisory management or equivalent experience.
- Manufacturer accredited training course certificates.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
