Job Title: Advanced Systems Engineer - Motor Sport Division

Overview:
Mahindra Formula E Team is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Systems Engineer - Motor Sport Division to join our team and drive innovation in control systems technology. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced control systems that improve performance, efficiency, and reliability of our racing cars.

Main Responsibilities:
- Research and develop new control strategies based on modern control design techniques
- Specify and peer review new control strategies with control and performance engineers
- Implement control software for the ECU environment
- Test, calibrate, and validate software using DIL or HIL
- Collaborate with the Simulation department for more complex investigations and implementations

What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
- Experience working with control systems in motorsport
- Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink, as well as MCT, Atlas, and System Monitor tools
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English
