This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Service Team as a Client Services Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, either via phone, email, or in-person.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
