Client Services Representative

This role is part of our Client Service Team, where you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their enquiries and resolving issues whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, taking ownership and ensuring a positive outcome.
- Carry out administrative tasks related to customer service, meeting agreed service standards.
- Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships, delivering outstanding customer service every time.
- Answer calls in a professional and friendly manner, providing clear and concise information.
- Reply to customer emails promptly, keeping them informed of progress and timescales.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Comply with business confidentiality and information security policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a 'right first time' attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Word and Excel.
