Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell new homes to clients, maintaining close relationships through exchange and completion.
  • Serve as a key member of the office, assisting other negotiators in securing sales and identifying deals.
  • Engage with prospective clients, convincing them that our agency is the best choice to handle their sale and agree on terms.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, both independently and with clients.
  • Schedule appointments and show properties to potential buyers.
  • Assist buyers in the purchasing process, ensuring they are able to proceed and willing to pay an acceptable price.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial enquiries to closing deals.
  • Handle referrals to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice.
  • Refer buyers to our legal panel for necessary assistance.
  • Arrange and oversee advertising to promote properties effectively.
  • Send out details of new properties to people on your database.
  • Maintain and update the applicant database, booking viewings for new developments across various offices.
  • Stay informed about property sales laws.
  • Provide clients with accurate information about the market and our properties.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in New Homes or Estate Agency is desirable.
  • Previous Call Centre experience within a direct sales role would be an advantage.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and confidence with clients and buyers.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Professional appearance and business-like attitude.
Working Hours

8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend working as and when required.
