Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all SHEQ records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Support Business Units in maintaining certified SHEQ systems and promoting a culture of safety excellence.
- Initiate improvement measures based on audits and incidents to enhance overall safety performance.
- Develop and review project HSE plans and Job Risk Analysis to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Provide expert advice on quality, working conditions, and the environment to stakeholders and team members.
- Deliver training and education on safety and SHEQ systems to promote awareness and understanding.
- Supervise SHEQ projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion and effective implementation.
- Support policy making and annual planning for SHEQ to align with business objectives.
- Advise the General Manager on safety matters and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Level 6 National Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety Management or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
