We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our Stockroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless delivery to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of inventory management principles.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, receipt and shipment data, and any discrepancies or issues
  • Monitor and analyze inventory movements to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy, reduce stockouts, and minimize overstocking
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of goods and negotiate favorable pricing
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Office Manager to resolve any inventory-related issues or concerns
