Job Role Summary
We are seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team at Brandon Trust.
This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work a variety of shifts to suit your needs.
No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn and excellent communication skills are essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Empower individuals to live the lives they want to lead
- Develop daily living skills
- Support individuals to access their communities
- Contribute to and implement individual care plans
- Communicate effectively with individuals, family members and external professionals
- Maintain the health needs of individuals we support
