Cancer Care Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNS to join our Personalised Cancer Care Team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Personalised Stratified Follow Up (PSFU) service for patients with Breast, Colorectal and Prostate cancer.
Main Duties
The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of the Remote Monitoring Pathway for patients, including writing and developing protocols for remote monitoring and supported self-management. They will also act as the expert and superuser for the Remote Monitoring System (RMS) module of the Somerset Cancer Registry.

Person Specification
