We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our Credit Control team at Citation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing one of our company ledgers and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and collect debts from company debtors via telephone and email
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve customer queries with assistance from other departments
- Reconcile customer accounts, allocate cash, and prepare customer statements detailing outstanding amounts
- Provide weekly reporting and updates to the team
- Knowledge and experience of credit control processes, procedures, and reporting
- Transactional finance knowledge and understanding
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional attitude and persona
- Positive outlook and strong work ethic
- Able to prioritize workload and communicate with clients and staff at all levels
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 + bonus and a 37.5-hour working week. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
