Care Home Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing medication management and administration.

Key Responsibilities- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide medication management and administration
- Work closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care
- Contribute to a positive and supportive care environment
- Current NMC registration
- Good knowledge of current clinical practices
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
