Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Make critical clinical decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
