Care Home Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing person-centered care that promotes dignity and respect for each resident. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
