About the Role

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to join our team at Armstrong Knight. As a Senior Tax Advisor, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise
    • Apply your technical knowledge and skills to provide high-quality tax advice to clients.
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs.
  • Team Development
    • Supervise and support junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to help team members develop their careers.
  • Commercial and Entrepreneurial
    • Understand the commercial environment and the impact of tax changes on clients.
    • Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase revenue.
  • Administration
    • Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • HR
    • Participate in performance management and appraisal processes to ensure team members are meeting their goals.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to help team members improve their performance.
  • IT
    • Utilize our IT systems to work efficiently and effectively.
    • Report any technical issues to the IT team.
  • Learning and Development
    • Identify your own learning and development needs and work with your line manager to create a development plan.
    • Attend training sessions and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge.

    • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to grow the business.
    Requirements
    • Qualifications and Skills
      • ATT/CTA qualified.
      • Strong technical knowledge and skills in tax.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
