Accountancy Practice Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accountancy Practice Manager to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our successful team, you will be responsible for delivering accounts, management accounts, VAT, bookkeeping, and planning services to a range of clients.

Our client has experienced positive growth, primarily through organic means, and has established an excellent reputation and standing across the region. They are now looking to hire an Accountancy Practice Manager to support their continued growth and development.

Clients are diverse, ranging from small sole traders to larger corporates, and there is a real breadth and quality to the client range. Career progression prospects are available, with a clear path to carve out your career as you develop within the firm and role.

Requirements
  • AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with a career background in accountancy practice, working within small to medium-sized independent firms or top-tier firms.
  • Experience operating at Accounts Senior level or Client Manager level, delivering accounts and wider-ranging accountancy practice services to a client base of sole traders, partnerships, and limited company clients, across a wide spectrum of industries and turnover levels.
