Accountancy Practice Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accountancy Practice Manager to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our successful team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accountancy services to a range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

Our client has experienced significant growth, driven by excellent reputation and standing across the region. They are now looking to hire an Accountancy Practice Manager to support their continued success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy practice, with experience in delivering accounts, management accounts, VAT, bookkeeping, and planning services. You will be a qualified accountant, preferably AAT, ACA, or ACCA, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality accountancy services to clients, including accounts, management accounts, VAT, bookkeeping, and planning services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development, contributing to the continued success of the firm.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant, preferably AAT, ACA, or ACCA.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in delivering accounts, management accounts, VAT, bookkeeping, and planning services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
