Accountancy Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Client Manager to join our successful team of chartered accountants based near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering accounts, management accounts, VAT, bookkeeping, and planning services to a range of clients. With a strong background in accountancy practice, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients across various industries.
Our client has experienced significant growth, driven by excellent reputation and standing across Buckinghamshire and the south. They are now looking to hire an Accounts Client Manager to join their team at a key time in their growth and development. As a result, you will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and progress your career within the firm.
Clients are diverse, ranging from small sole traders to larger corporates, partnerships, and other clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and develop your skills and expertise in accountancy practice.
We are looking for a suitable candidate with AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualifications or equivalent experience. You will have a strong background in accountancy practice, with a career history of working in small, medium, or large independent firms or Top 50/Mid or Top Tier firms. You will be likely operating at Accounts Senior level or Client Manager level, delivering accounts and wider-ranging accountancy practice services to a client base.
The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience and background, negotiable. A highly competitive benefits package is also on offer, including parking.
