Propel is a UK-based start-up looking for a Founding Account Executive to propel their sales efforts forward. As a sales pioneer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge VR technology and target major verticals like aviation, defense, and healthcare.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a group of talented leaders and help shape the go-to-market approach and sales function. You will have the chance to sell innovative training solutions that are making waves in the NHS and RAF.

Key highlights:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the founding team to develop a cutting-edge sales strategy that targets major verticals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our innovative training solutions and their applications in the NHS and RAF.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze the market scope and identify key organisations to target, including the RAF, MOD, and healthcare providers like InHealth.
  • Deal Management: Manage multi-stakeholder deals with a high level of complexity, with sales cycles varying and deal sizes ranging from £80,000–£100,000, with potential deals between £150,000–£500,000.

We are offering a competitive salary of £60,000 + uncapped OTE, with the potential to earn £120,000+ OTE plus the opportunity to get into something extremely successful, early.
