We are seeking a skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Magenta International Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers with pre and post-contract duties.

  • Prepare cost plans, tender documents, financial statements, and more.

  • Conduct final account assessments and interim valuations.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Provide project support for client direct suppliers coordination.

  • Engage in marketing activities, including updating the website and social networking sites.

  • Conduct project analysis for cost databases.



Requirements:



  • GCSEs in Maths and English (grade C or above) or equivalent.

  • Sufficient qualifications to allow entry to a RICS recognised construction degree course.

  • Some knowledge of construction and quantity surveying duties.



The successful candidate will thrive in a professional yet friendly environment, utilising their initiative and competence to support senior staff and contribute to the success of various projects.
