Job Description:

Magenta International Ltd is seeking a skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work on various projects across different sectors, including hospitality, leisure, education, residential, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support senior staff in preparing cost plans, tender documents, financial statements, and Bills of Quantities/Schedules of Work.
  2. Assist in creating final account assessments, interim valuations, and cost variations to contracts.
  3. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
  4. Provide project support for client direct suppliers coordination and engage in marketing activities.

Requirements:
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (grade C or above) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Sufficient qualifications to allow entry to a RICS recognised construction degree course.
  • Some knowledge of construction and quantity surveying duties.
