We are seeking an experienced Concierge to join our luxury residential apartment building in London. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, providing impeccable customer service skills.

About the Venue and Company
  • Luxury apartments

About the Position
  • Meet and greet residents & guests on arrival
  • Direct & coordinate contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests, and bookings
  • Assist residents with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Ensure that any maintenance issues are resolved and reported
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand
  • Provide a 5-star service
  • 5 on 2 off - 2 on 5 off
The Successful Candidate
  • At least 3 years' previous experience in luxury apartments or hotels
  • Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of London and the local area
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Be willing to go the extra mile
