Clinical Expert in Peritoneal Dialysis

We are seeking an expert clinical practitioner to lead our Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) team for a 12-month secondment. The successful candidate will deliver direct patient care, manage nursing practice, and oversee team communication.

As a key member of the SATH Renal Unit Managers, Clinical team, and national or regional teams, you will co-ordinate and deliver PD services, promoting home dialysis therapies. You will introduce new modes of therapy, formulate policies, procedures, and operational strategies.

You will develop evidence-based practice, supervise, train, and manage staff. Full-time hours are negotiable. Estimated salary: £54,000 - £64,000 per annum.

  • Expert knowledge in PD field, excellent communication and leadership skills required.
  • Take overall responsibility of PD service, ensuring high standards of care, promoting home therapies, and driving program growth and development.
  • Manage PD program, ensuring staff understand duties, responsibilities, and performance standards.
