Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Pub & Grill team at one of our locations in the UK. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless operations during breakfast and evening shifts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Motivating and leading the P&G team to achieve outstanding service standards
  • Supporting the management team with running shifts, including breakfast and daytime/evening services
  • Ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities
  • Monitoring and controlling costs, while maintaining high-quality service standards
