About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional CRM specialist to join our Consumer Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class CRM campaigns using segmentation and personalization techniques.

As a CRM Specialist, you will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate multi-channel strategic projects across several channels. Our CRM team supports all areas in Candy Crush Saga, most strategic initiatives, and develops engaging Lifecycle communications.

You will work closely with our Consumer Marketing team to deliver and optimize a world-class experience to our players by briefing, operating, and monitoring messaging campaigns that reach hundreds of millions of players worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate multi-channel strategic projects across several channels
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns using segmentation and personalization techniques
  • Work closely with the Consumer Marketing team to deliver and optimize a world-class experience to our players
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs
