Job Title: Senior CRM Specialist

CompTIA is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and customers through outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize business needs and focus outbound sales call campaigns in strategic verticals, following up on all lead activity.
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with CompTIA's Learning and Labs content, Price Book, Custom training offerings, and Customer Success team.
  • Collaborate with various functions at HQ to ensure optimum success, i.e., marketing, Training strategies group, operations, product management, and certification business development sales team.
  • Update and maintain CompTIA's CRM system to reflect activities, account data, and sales pipeline.
  • Develop professional etiquette skills, both phone and email.
  • Experienced level of proficiency in Microsoft office products as well as CRM tools.
