Job Title: Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Workforce Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Workforce Partner to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a key member of our EDI team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organisation's culture and driving initiatives that improve staff experiences and promote equality across all levels of our Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement localised EDI action plans aligned with the Trust's overall strategy
  • Analyse data related to EDI metrics, including WRES, WDES, and Model Employer targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote EDI awareness and engagement
  • Design and deliver tailored EDI training programs in partnership with the Learning and Development team
  • Prepare reports and presentations on the progress and impact of EDI initiatives
  • Provide guidance on EDI policies and best practices to managers and staff
  • Support the implementation and evaluation of the Patient and Carers Race Equality Framework (PCREF)
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the Trust's EDI practices
  • Participate in relevant networks and forums to share knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
