Year 4 SEN Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced SEN Support Worker to join our team at Academics in High Wycombe.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children with ASD and a proven track record of providing high-quality support.

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans for a Year 4 student with significant ASD.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistency and coordination.
- Communicate effectively with parents to share progress and updates.
