The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Product Developer to join our team at Blue Spark Organisation Ltd, a leading manufacturer in the convenience food arena. As a Product Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing innovative products for major UK retailers.

You will work closely with our creative team to create commercially viable products that meet customer and business needs. Your extensive food knowledge and experience in NPD will be essential in sourcing new ingredients and identifying opportunities for product enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in NPD and food product development
  • Extensive knowledge of the food industry and market trends
