Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits / Prospects
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Health and Safety Facilities Manager to join our team at AES. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the global Health & Safety agenda and promoting good working practices that comply with all relevant legislation.
The Role:
- Develop and implement effective Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor hazards to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on Health and Safety best practices.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of Health and Safety incidents, near misses, and audits.
Requirements:
- A HNC / Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline) or equivalent.
- NEBOSH General Certificate.
- Ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant Manufacturing environment.
