Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Capital, Estates and Facilities Management (CEFM) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe management of our facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to senior managers, staff, and contractors.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with UK health and safety legislation and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and audits to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture and ensure that all staff are aware of their health and safety responsibilities.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in health and safety.
