About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our client-side team on a major heritage project in Central London. The successful candidate will have experience in programme benefits management, working as part of an integrated client team, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
* Identify, baseline, plan, track, and report benefits of the Programme and projects within the Programme
* Create and maintain a benefits management plan
* Engage with the Strategic Estates PMO Benefits Manager
* Offer assistance and guidance to Project Leads

What You Will Bring
* Experience in complex project delivery within live operational environments
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management or construction-related discipline
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including car allowance, flexible work options, industry-leading pension scheme, private medical health benefits, and enhanced parental leave.
