Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our key London warehouse, upholding repair and quality targets. As a key member of our team, you will oversee operations in the warehouse, maintain the supply chain, and optimize processes to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including triage, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
  • Maintain a high-performance culture, driving targets and ensuring a safe and effective work environment
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and implement process improvements
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
  • Manage local HR and recruitment, ensuring a diverse and inclusive team
  • Drive local improvements and contribute to the company's growth and development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse or operational management, with a focus on supply chain optimization and process improvement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive a high-performance culture
  • Experience in planning, control, and change management, with a focus on driving results
  • Affinity with bikes and service, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
