Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Retail Operations Lead will be responsible for leading the relationships with our 3rd party providers to simplify and enhance service. They will work closely with the Retail Operations Manager to ensure the provision of our global GNFR and support with general BAU.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies within SLA's.
- Attend weekly New Store Opening Meetings, represent Retail, and ensure new sites set up with 3rd party providers.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities and financial performance.
- Manage the Global GNFR inventory to prevent stock outs, procurement of items, liaising with third party suppliers and internal warehouses.
- Respond to Retail GNFR requests and issues within SLAs and follow up to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Proactively seek retail feedback on processes/opportunities related to GNFR.
- Support the Retail Operations Manager with documenting and updating store operating procedures and policies.
- Support wider Operations team with retail service desk contacts.
