Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic logistics team at Office Angels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate management of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all products meet company standards.
  • Regularly monitor key metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflow.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align warehouse activities with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with the Peoplevox warehouse management system / Shopify e-commerce platform is desirable.
  • Forklift license would be a bonus.
