Registered Manager - Residential Care
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our residential care home for older adults in the Preston area.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality person-centered care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation, and driving the home towards achieving an Outstanding rating.
Key Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
- Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person-centered care.
What We Offer:
