Children\u2019s Home Manager
Preston
Up to £60,000
Information:
As a Residential Care Team Lead, you will manage a children\u2019s residential care home that specialises in support for children and young people with EBD.
The home is a 4 bedded children\u2019s home, rated GOOD by Ofsted.
The service is based in Preston.
You will be responsible for the safe running and management of staff, within a children\u2019s residential care home, ensuring that all young people have bespoke care plans and are safe and supported, 24/7.
Pay: Up to £60,000
- Up to £50,000 salary
- + bonuses
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5, + on calls
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Duties:
- Work with the RI to manage children\u2019s residential care home
- Hold OFSTED registration for children\u2019s home
- Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
- Build and develop staff team
- Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
- Manage staff team within the service
- Manage recruitment and staffing
- Work with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and procedures
- Manage quality assurance
- Manage budget
