Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive our integrated marketing efforts in EMEA. As Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Europe, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that support business expansion and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, events, and traditional marketing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with a focus on global strategy and integration, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, broad functional experience, proven success in developing and implementing integrated strategic marketing plans, ability to effectively use technology and tools to enhance marketing processes, data-driven with a focus on marketing attribution, and influencing, leading, and facilitating large-scale strategic initiatives.
