Job Title: Marketing Director, Europe

Amazon Kuiper Services Europe SARL, UK Branch - Q18 is seeking a talented Marketing Director to lead our B2C marketing efforts in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that meet business targets for each European country where we operate.
  • Build and manage internal and external team resources to execute world-class marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence teams to monitor business metrics and report on performance.
  • Deliver continuous improvement programs to drive increased efficiency and effectiveness across key metrics.
Requirements:
  • BA/BSc in business, communications, telecommunications, marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in B2C marketing, leadership role, and people management.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategy for a new product or service.
  • Experience managing teams to execute cross-functional marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Experience leading marketing in 2+ European countries with cultural/language differences.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree.
  • Marketing experience at a technology company.
  • Marketing experience at a telecommunications company.
  • B2C Marketing experience with leadership/people manager position.
  • Experience managing remote teams internationally.
