About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our European marketing efforts. As a key member of the Amazon Kuiper Services Europe SARL, UK Branch - Q18 team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and targets.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Oversee marketing budget and resources to ensure effective allocation and utilization.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future strategy and optimization.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • BA/BSc in Business, Communications, Telecommunications, Marketing, or Related Discipline
  • Experience in B2C Marketing
  • Leadership Experience
  • Experience Developing and Executing Marketing Strategy
  • Experience Managing Teams and Budgets
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA (Master of Business Administration) Degree
  • Marketing Experience at a Technology Company
  • Marketing Experience at a Telecommunications Company
  • B2C Marketing Experience with Leadership Experience
  • Experience Managing Remote Teams Internationally
