Business Development Manager – TPS Parts Sales

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Parts Sales team to achieve business objectives.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify and leverage potential sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales leadership role with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze business challenges and develop effective solutions.
Salary Package
  • An attractive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus bonuses for exceptional performance.
