We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Volkswagen Group Territory Growth Specialist to join our team in Manchester South. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and stakeholder management, with experience in the automotive industry. You will be expected to work closely with the ASM and TPS Centre Managers to create and deliver on a sales strategy that consistently increases sales revenues from mechanical customers while maintaining a loyal customer base.

Achieving target KPIs and revenue objectives in your territory will be a key focus area, as well as identifying, securing, and developing new customer accounts within the territory. You will also be responsible for ensuring marketing initiatives are embedded and supported, monitoring the success of targeted customer sets, promotions, and campaigns.

Sales Objectives:

  • Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Achieve target KPIs and revenue objectives in your territory

Stakeholder Management:

  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on sales performance via formal and informal market plus statistical presentations
  • Manage and maximise support from business investor partners and TPS investors to achieve targets and objectives
  • Work collaboratively with ASM and CMs to contribute to Business Improvement Plans
