About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Analyst to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our analytics function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting and MI to support business decision-making
  • Maintain data quality and integrity through automated testing, monitoring, and validation techniques
  • Work with data across our analytical platforms to generate insights that identify improvement opportunities
  • Help build data products and tools that enable business teams to drive value
  • Be a subject matter expert on data and reporting across Quality Assurance or Voice of Customer
  • Work with data consumers to interpret requirements and shape outcomes
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in an analytical role within a corporate environment
  • Able to demonstrate previous experience in delivering analytical projects and structuring analysis to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Experience in using MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SQL, and Power BI
