Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Actuarial Manager to lead our data insights and risk modeling efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of analytical tools and models that support our risk portfolio management
  • Design and implement data-driven pricing strategies that maximize commercial value and ensure fair outcomes for customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze new data sources and opportunities for growth
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior actuaries and data scientists

Requirements

  • Strong actuarial background in general insurance, with a focus on data insights and risk modeling
  • Technical expertise in Python, R, and SQL, with experience in data visualization and machine learning
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
